In May 2007, Pteris Global successfully completed its third in-flight catering project and handed the system over to Emirates Flight Catering in Dubai. The entire sophisticated system is able to handle up to 115,000 meals daily. Pteris Global has received commendations from Emirates Flight Catering for our high equipment quality, system control integration, customisation to customers’ requirements and project management.
