Pteris Global Limited is one of the world’s leading engineering companies specializing in the design and build of airport logistics systems such as airport baggage handling systems, air cargo handling systems, in-flight catering systems and parcel handling systems. In line with our expansion program, we are inviting qualified candidates to join us as:

  • Attendance checking and Leave Monitoring.
  • Responsible for travel visa application and booking / changing of flight ticket for all departments.
  • Responsible for incoming, outgoing mail/courier service, answering calls and forward to respective staff, collect and distribute incoming mails/faxes to respective departments.
  • Ordering Lunch and collating lunch money and make payment to caterer on monthly basic.
  • Responsible for all purchases relating to office support such as replenishment of pantry food, Cleaning & Sundry supplies, Office stationery and any other office necessity.
  • Liaise with and be the point of contact for external vendors and service providers (building owner, phone vendor, air-con maintenance, office cleaner etc.) for any office and facilities related issues such as fire drill exercise.
  • Assist in audit process for ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:208.
  • Collate, analyse, and submit monthly statistical reports and general administrative invoices of HRA Department and process for necessary procedure by Finance for payment processing.
  • Assist in planning and organising of company events/annual dinner/team bonding activities.
  • Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by managers/superiors.
  • At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required.
  • Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Clerical/Admin Support or equivalent.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Accountable, self-motivated, attentive to details, positive working attitude and eager to learn new things.
  • Good communication skills and able to work multi-task and independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Applicant must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor Degree in equivalent disciplines.
