Pteris Global was awarded a contract to supply and install a new Air Cargo System with handling capacity of 150,000 tonnes to Chennai Airport’s existing facility to cope with the increasing volume of cargo traffic. A highly sophisticated system was developed to meet the required handling capacity requested by our client
The system was installed within the allocated tight budget and a short span of 6 months. A series of test trials were also conducted before handing over to the Indian authorities.

- 114 friction storage decks complete with supporting steel structure
- 6 sets of 10-feet lowering work stations that can couple up to 20-feet during operation
