SYSTEM HIGHLIGHTS
- Each check-in position is provided with scale conveyor mounted on a four load cell type base frame, label conveyor for tagging of the bags and the corresponding induction conveyor for proper injection of bags onto take away conveyor.
- After the luggage has been weighed, labelled and tagged, the operator will switch ‘ON’ the scale conveyor for automatic induction of the luggage into a take away conveyor (collector).
- The tilted induction conveyor makes sure that the standing bags are tipped before entering the conveying stream.
